Charles K Mutalemwa was previously the Ambassador from Tanzania to the WTO as well as Ambassador to the United Nations at Geneva. He served as Permanent Secretary of the Planning Commission in Tanzania among other government roles. He also co-authored ‘Tanzania at the turn of the century’. Charles currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Insurance Corporation as well as IGC Country Director in Tanzania.
