Enrico Moretti joined the Berkeley faculty in 2004 and currently holds the Michael Peevey and Donald Vial Chair in Labor Economics. He is also a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research (Cambridge), a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (London) and a Research Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Labor (Bonn). His research interests include Labor Economics, Urban Economics and Applied Econometrics. Professor Moretti received a Fulbright Fellowship in 1994, the IZA Young Labor Economist Award in 2006 and the Carlo Alberto Medal in 2008. Prior to joining Berkeley, he was an assistant professor at UCLA from 2000-2004.
