Esha Chhabra, In-Country Economist, IGC India-Bihar, holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics. Prior to joining the IGC, she worked at the Planning Commission of India, on the Annual Plans of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh and the Approach Paper to the Twelfth Five Year Plan. She holds a BA (H) degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
