Saad Gulzar is an In-country Economist at IGC Pakistan. Before joining the IGC, Saad worked on the 20th Anniversary Human Development Report (HDR) of 2010 with the research team of the United Nations HDR Office in New York. Saad holds a Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University and his capstone was with the United Nations Capacity Development Group where he studied institutional capacity at the Central and State Information Commissions in India. Saad also holds a Masters in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore.
