Giorgia Barboni  is a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at the Julis-Rabinowitz Centre for Public Policy and Finance, at the Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University. She obtained her PhD in Economics from the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa (Italy), in 2012. Her research interests include development economics, experimental economics and financial intermediation. Her research focuses on the study of credit markets and instruments of financial inclusion both in developed and developing countries.
