Jens Arnold is a Senior Economist with the OECD Economics Department. Prior to joining the OECD he was with the Development Economics Research Group of the World Bank. His research has been published in the Journal of International Economics, the Review of World Economics and the Journal of African Economies. He holds a Ph.D in Economics from Bocconi University (Milan), an M.Sc. from Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona) and a Diploma from Mannheim University in Germany. He is also a part-time lecturer at Sciences Po in Paris.
