Dr Patrick Bayer joined the School of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Glasgow in January 2016 as Lecturer in International Relations. Patrick received his PhD in Political Science from the University of Mannheim in 2013 and holds an MSc degree in Environmental Economics from University College London. Prior to coming to Glasgow, he was research fellow at Washington University in St. Louis and Columbia University.
