Assessing the conservation, livelihoods and biodiversity impacts of alternative forest conservation strategies around the Loma Mountain National Park
This project seeks to understand deforestation drivers and community attitudes toward conservation in Loma Mountain National Park, Sierra Leone. It also aims to develop a reproducible methodology that combines machine learning and remote sensing analysis to accurately assess carbon stocks and classify species present in the forest.
