Bureaucrat-firm relationships and the success of labour market policy
This project investigates the impact of incentivising local bureaucrats to engage in one-on-one meetings with firms before collecting vacancy information, aiming to enhance labour market policy. By fostering closer bureaucrat-firm relationships, the study seeks to determine if this approach improves the accuracy of vacancy data and increases trust and cooperation between firms and the government.
