This project explores how community-based mobilisation interventions can enhance public schooling in Pakistan by holding policy actors accountable. The study varies the gender of participating citizens, how citizens approach the policy actor, and the level of NGO support, exploring impacts on policy actor response, problem resolution, and trust in government.
