Clean energy transition and options for hedging fiscal policy against climate change damaging externalities: An Environmental DSGE model for Uganda
Over the past twenty years, Uganda has maintained economic stability and growth through its fiscal and monetary policies. However, climate change is now threatening these gains. This project models how climate change impacts the economy and identifies effective policy options, such as adopting clean energy sources, to mitigate these effects.
