Despite high educational attainment, female labor force participation in Jordan remains low, potentially due to misperceived social norms about support and opportunities for women. This project aims to leverage previous research on mentorship, role modeling, and labor market outcomes to identify scalable interventions that can enhance employment opportunities for Jordanian women.
