Analysis of crop productivity and profitability in Uganda under different climate change scenarios
Project Active from to Sustainable Growth
This project uses the Global Agro-Ecological Zones database and a global general equilibrium model to assess how changing climate conditions will affect crop yields and profitability in Uganda, accounting for domestic and international trade dynamics. It identifies which crops are likely to thrive or decline, providing detailed, localised insights to guide climate-resilient agricultural planning and resource allocation.
