Energy access and reliability in Bangladesh
Due to escalating fuel costs, increasing temperatures, and economic instability, Bangladesh's power sector is facing extensive load shedding and power outages that severely impact residents' daily lives. This project generates new high-resolution data on electricity access and power supply reliability in Bangladesh, using remote sensing technologies and demographic datasets, to enable research on the impacts of the current energy crisis.
