Firm adaptation and production networks: Structural evidence from extreme weather events in Pakistan

Project Active from 1 Feb 2023 to 31 Jan 2026 Sustainable Growth, Firm capabilities and Climate change

This project uses high-resolution administrative and geospatial data to study how firms and their supply networks in Pakistan respond to extreme weather events, particularly floods. The study estimates both direct and indirect impacts of climate shocks and evaluates firms’ adaptive strategies to inform climate resilience policy.
