Gender differences in business collaborations

Project Active from 1 May 2024 to 31 Aug 2026 Women's Economic Empowerment

This project aims to understand how gender differences in business relationships impact business outcomes for female entrepreneurs in Ghana. By conducting a large-scale survey and a randomised controlled trial (RCT), the project explores gender roles in business partnerships and the effects of training on contract use with the goal of closing the gender gap in business success.
