The human (capital) side of climate change: A micro to macro perspective
This project explores how human capital influences the economic effects of climate change by building a global dataset from micro and macro sources, conducting meta-analyses, and developing models. It examines climate, skills, and socio-economic outcomes, compares micro elasticities with macro trends, and uses counterfactual simulations to assess human capital’s impact on productivity, welfare, and the economic costs of climate change.
