Following recent official development assistance cuts, this project examines the state of HIV/AIDS management in Uganda, where the withdrawal of USAID funding threatens treatment access, prevention efforts, and community health jobs. It aims to clarify the scale of funding gaps, treatment shortfalls, and transmission risks, and to provide actionable recommendations for allocating scarce public health resources.
