Improving energy efficiency of electric three-wheeler vehicles in Bangladesh: Field experiment to test technology and incentive based interventions

Project Active from to Sustainable Growth

Electric three-wheelers account for 5-10% of Bangladesh’s electricity consumption. This project, in collaboration with the Bangladesh Rural Electricity Board (REB) and BRAC Microfinance, aims to pilot technology and incentives to reduce electricity theft and energy losses during battery charging.
