Improving SME financial performance in Ghana: A randomised control trial using retooling in working capital management practices

Project Active from 1 Feb 2023 to 31 Jan 2024 Sustainable Growth

In Ghana, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) constitute about 90% of businesses and contribute around 70% of the GDP. Using a randomised controlled trial approach, this project investigates the impact of effective working capital management (WCM) training on SMEs' financial performance.
