Laying the data foundations for public sector productivity in Jordan

Project Active from 1 Dec 2025 to 28 Feb 2026 State Effectiveness, Sustainable Growth, State effectiveness and governments

Who is in the Jordanian civil service? How do careers evolve across ministries and grades? Which trainings and reforms are associated with better performance and service delivery? This project aims to build the foundations for a government-wide civil service database that can underpin future reforms and evaluation of public sector productivity.
