Leveraging technology to prioritise environmental regulation enforcement in Bangladesh
This project, in collaboration with Government of Bangladesh’s Department of Environment, tests whether new tracking technology can enhance the enforcement of environmental regulations. The Brick Kiln Tracker, which draws upon satellite data and machine learning, provides actionable information about illegal brick kilns, the leading cause of air pollution.
