Mobilising diaspora capital for Sierra Leone’s growth: A policy and market study

This study investigates the opportunities, challenges, and institutional conditions shaping diaspora direct investment in Sierra Leone’s private sector. Through stakeholder engagement and policy analysis, it generates actionable recommendations for unlocking diaspora capital to support small business growth and economic development.
