Mobilising more and better: Towards improving domestic resource mobilisation in Rwanda

Project Active from 1 Apr 2025 to 31 Aug 2025 State Effectiveness and Sustainable Growth

Rwanda’s Vision 2050 aims to become an upper-middle-income country by 2035 and a high-income country by 2050, relying on substantial domestic resource mobilisation. Achieving this requires investing in human capital, infrastructure, and technology while improving governance, increasing revenues, and promoting self-reliance.
