National apprenticeship programme evaluation: Ten-year follow-up
Project Active from to Firms and Sustainable Growth
This project involves a ten-year follow-up survey of 3,400 young individuals who applied for a traditional apprenticeship through a government placement program in Ghana in 2012. The survey examines long-term earnings trajectories as businesses established by these trainees evolve, and assesses intergenerational productivity in the new firms created by the graduating apprentices.
