Options for rural electrification in Ethiopia

Project Active from 1 Oct 2025 to 2 Jan 2026 Energy and Sustainable Growth

This project assesses cost-effective options for expanding rural electricity access in Ethiopia, where access remains low and highly unequal across regions. It reviews existing programmes and electrification models to provide evidence-based policy recommendations aligned with national energy and development goals.
