Pilot and impact study of an innovative crop insurance in Rwanda
Project Active from to Sustainable Growth and Farms
This project aims to enhance the resilience of smallholder farmers in Rwanda by improving crop insurance programs, which are crucial due to the sector's vulnerability to climate shocks. By comparing traditional and anticipatory action crop insurance, the research seeks to boost agricultural productivity, financial access, and poverty reduction, ultimately informing better policy and product design.
