Striving for quality: The impact of firm certification in Rwanda
This study examines the challenges and impacts of firm quality certification in Rwanda, focusing on performance, supplier, and consumer outcomes. It combines retrospective analysis with a pilot of the Rwanda Standards Board’s “Striving-for-Quality” programme, which offers tailored training and support to small and medium-sized enterprises. Findings will inform scalable strategies to strengthen certification adoption and market access.
