Shaping Mozambique carbon pricing framework
This project examines how the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism could affect Mozambique's aluminium exports and evaluates whether introducing a domestic carbon price would be advantageous. It brings together economic analysis and stakeholder engagement to recommend feasible, economically sound, and environmentally beneficial policy options for Mozambique.
