Strengthening property tax administration through the acceptability of enforcement

Project Active from to Sustainable Growth and Tax

This project aims to increase property tax compliance in Sierra Leone through a reform that combines enforcement actions with tax morale interventions. By employing a randomised controlled trial, the study will analyse how enforcement and attitudes towards taxation influence compliance, ultimately informing tax policy to enhance local revenue for public services.
