Why efforts for positive change fail: Evidence from Sierra Leone about challenges and opportunities for strengthening coalitions as a pathway to SME success in the face of fragility
This project analyses the interrelationships among economic actors, socio-political institutions, and policies in Sierra Leone, focusing on fragility within the small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) ecosystem. SMEs represent about 90% of the country's domestic private sector and are crucial to the National Development Plan.
