This project investigates high worker turnover in low-income economies, where employees frequently leave wage employment to become entrepreneurs, hindering firm growth and productivity. The study aims to understand the impact of wage contract structures on worker separations and to identify effective policy interventions to reduce turnover and promote firm growth.
