A worker’s worth: Exploring SME hiring practices using a novel measure of worker productivity

Project Active from 3 Mar 2025 to 30 Sep 2026 Inclusive Growth and Women's Economic Empowerment

By using a novel experimental method to measure workers' marginal product, this study aims to identify suboptimal hiring practices and provide insights to improve labour allocation and outcomes for marginalised groups.
