The meeting of the IGC political economy working group was held on Saturday 3 October 2015 at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) in Barcelona.
The objective of this meeting was to highlight research that is of direct policy relevance on the field of the political economy of development. The IGC was happy to showcase research funded by IGC as well as any other work that fits the remit. A secondary objective of this meeting was to strengthen the links of the IGC group with the top-level researchers that constitute the CEPR development group, which met on 2-3 October 2015 at UPF.
