Policies for prosperity – Authors’ seminar

IGC Tanzania will host a seminar on 19 September to present and discuss in detail the content of the  book "Tanzania: The Path to Prosperity", created in partnership with the Bank of Tanzania and launched in July 2016.  The book covers a range of thematic and sectoral issues including cities, industrialisation, agriculture, and others.

The event will give the authors the opportunity to present an assessment and update of their recommendations on the  key issues for policy makers and academics to address in their sector in the medium term.

The presentation will cover all the sections in the book. The Bank of Tanzania's Governor, senior policymakers, and representatives from research institutions will be in attendance.
