Workshop on the impact of community mobilisation on land rights governance

IGC India Bihar hosted a workshop on Tuesday 18 July to disseminate the results found from the study ‘The impact of community mobilisation on land rights governance: evidence from a homestead land entitlement initiative in Gaya District of Bihar India’ to policymakers and other local stakeholders.

Andre Joshua Nickow and Sanjay Kumar (PIs on the project) presented the findings of this study during the event.

Government officials from the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms (Government of Bihar) were also present.
