IGC Bihar Growth Conference 2009

The Bihar Growth Day Workshop held in Patna discussed growth opportunities in Bihar and the potential for research to inform policy-making in issues relating to private sector development, rural development, social service delivery, decentralisation and accountability.

The workshop was jointly organised by the IGC and the Asian Development Research Institute, a local research organisation. The event was was covered by The India Times and The Hindustan Times.
