Strengthening constituency development fund delivery
The International Growth Centre (IGC) Zambia, in partnership with Stanford University and the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development (MLGRD), presents findings from the baseline survey on Constituency Development Fund (CDF) implementation.
As part of an ongoing learning partnership with MLGRD focused on supporting decentralisation and enhancing the delivery of the CDF, IGC and Stanford University have conducted a baseline survey to assess CDF implementation processes and service delivery outcomes across 85 local authorities. This workshop aims to strengthen coordination among institutions supporting decentralisation, foster dialogue on CDF implementation practices, and explore pathways for policy reforms and technical support. It convenes senior officials from government ministries, regulatory authorities, development partners, research institutions, and selected pilot local authorities for collaborative discussions on enhancing decentralised service delivery in Zambia.
The event is invite-only.
