Twivwe Siwale is the Head of Tax for Growth (T4G) and Saugata Mittra is the Policy Economist of the initiative. Together, they are responsible for driving the activities of T4G by working with policymakers, researchers, and academics who are thought leaders in the taxation and development space.

Academic leadership for the initiative is given by Professor Anders Jensen.
