Full recording of the launch of the LSE-Oxford Commission on State Fragility, Growth and Development on 16 March 2017 at an evening event at the LSE’s Shaw Library. Commission Chair and Former UK Prime Minister David Cameron opened the event with a speech. It also featured a talk from Professor Paul Collier (Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford), followed by a panel discussion with Donald Kaberuka (Former President of the African Development Bank), and Ngaire Woods (Dean of the Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford).
