The Zambia Evidence Lab (ZEL) is inviting applications for its PhD Fellowship. This fellowship offers a unique two-month research opportunity in Lusaka for PhD students and recent graduates. It provides an invaluable chance to gain first-hand exposure to Zambia’s policy and data landscape.
Fellowship Details:
- Duration: Two months (May-August 2025)
- Eligibility: Current PhD students and recent graduates
- Positions: Four (two open to all applicants, two reserved for Zambian nationals)
- Support: Financial assistance for travel and living expenses
Fellows will develop policy-relevant research questions aligned with one of International Growth Centre (IGC)’s key themes and receive mentorship from IGC-affiliated academics. The fellowship includes financial support for travel and living expenses.
How to Apply:
The Zambia Evidence Lab only receives applications for the ZEL PhD Fellowship once a year. The deadline for submission of applications is 31 March 2025.
