Adia Umulisa is the former Junior Programme Officer at the IGC Rwanda. She is passionate about education and environment policy and works closely with her country economist colleagues in these thematic areas. Prior to joining the IGC, Adia worked as the Operations Manager at Smart Toto Publishing Ltd. She was also previously the Research & Information Co-ordinator at the LèO Africa Institute.
