Aleksandar Stojanov
Aleksandar Stojanov is a Swiss-Macedonian national who works at the World Bank Group as a Trade Analyst (JPO). Professionally, Aleksandar has gained extensive public sector experience in the Trade and Investment Promotion Agency of the Switzerland and as an Evaluation Officer with the United Nations in Niger and Somalia. Prior to that, he also worked as a consultant in the finance and corporate tax department of PwC Geneva. During his work, he increasingly sought to better understand the impact of government policies on economic growth and poverty reduction. He also has advanced skills in using statistical software and enjoys performing quantitative and econometric analysis in the areas of international economics and trade. Aleksandar holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and one from the University College London in Development and Economics.
