Alfred joined Mango Tree in 2014 as the NULP M&E Manager. Alfred is a computer scientist and monitoring and evaluation specialist with over five years of employment and consultancy experience within government ministries and local and international development organizations. Alfred has a background in program design, management and monitoring and evaluation of education programs.
