Anna supports the communications team in sharing the IGC’s research, ideas, and policy insights with external audiences, with a particular focus on stakeholder engagement, research synthesis and strategic communications. Anna is also working on a research project with the state fragility initiative examining the role of primary healthcare in fragile contexts.
Anna holds an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from LSE. Her academic work focuses on international development and conflict prevention, with a particular interest in Latin America. Anna previously lived in Colombia, which inspired her postgraduate research on environmental peacebuilding in Colombia.
Prior to joining the IGC, Anna led external affairs for several university initiatives, including LSE’s Model United Nations conference, where she moderated a panel discussion between ambassadors and diplomats. She also previously worked as a student consultant for a refugee support organisation in London, where she conducted participatory interviews and co-authored a client report with targeted recommendations to improve service delivery.
