Benjamin Chibuye was a Country Economist for IGC Zambia, focusing on the State research programme.  Prior to taking up his current role at the IGC, he served as Program Manager at Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) working on the Demand Driven Evaluations for Decisions (3DE) program. He also worked on several joint University of Zambia and Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) research projects, including the GAVI Full Country Evaluation, and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Zambia. He obtained his Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Zambia under the Bank of Zambia scholarship.  His main focus is on providing high quality programme management, empirical evidence for policy impact, advice on policy, research, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
