Billy Ndengeyingoma is an MCP student in the City Design and Development (CDD) group at MIT. His research interests include sustainable, inclusive, economically viable and culturally appropriate urban forms in Africa. He is particularly excited to become an actor of low-income housing studies and provision in his home country of Rwanda. Before DUSP, Billy received a BS in Civil Engineering from MIT in 2015.
