Caleb Andreason is the Research and Capacity Building Manager at the International Growth Centre (IGC) Hub in London. He works with universities and research institutions across sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia to strengthen applied research capacity, expand accessible methods training, and connect emerging researchers to funding and mentorship. He also helps design and manage IGC’s competitive research calls, including proposal review and selection processes, which support around 100 projects annually.
Before joining IGC, Caleb worked at Oxford Development Consultancy and supported academic research projects spanning gender, security, and political economy. He holds an MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy from the University of Oxford and a BS in Psychology and International Development from Brigham Young University.
