 Members of the Mngaro Mtaani group demonstrate hand washing to residents as a preventive measure against the spread of Coronavirus at Baba Dogo slum in Nairobi. There are more than 2.5 million people living in slums across Nairobi city who besides the pandemic, may badly suffer social-economic effects. Kenyan government has announced possibilities of a lockdown. Majority of the dwellers live under two dollars a day, this without running water, poor road network and food shortage.
