Christian Lippitsch is a country economist for the IGC in Rwanda. He holds a BSc in economics from the University of Cologne and a MSc and PhD in economics from the University of Edinburgh. In his PhD thesis, he addresses questions concerning agricultural productivity and the impact of climate change on rural economies. Prior to his PhD, Christian worked for several economic research institutes in Europe and Asia.
